Showcase of websites made with Ruby and Ruby on Rails

Summer in Santa Monica

In my first project since I joined Citrusbyte, I went to Los Angeles to work in the development of Causecast, a one stop philanthropy shop. It was a great experience where I got to work with an amazing team, and the website was a finalist at TechCrunch 50 in 2008.

A 90-days project with an all-argentinian team

DESIGN 21: Social Design Network's mission is to inspire social activism through design. I worked for Area 17 with three amazing developers in the new website sponsored by UNESCO and made with Ruby on Rails.

Optimize now! Be quick!

Area 17 contacted Manuel and me for a delicate task: GOOD Magazine was about to launch but needed some optimization. They were expecting lots of visitors, so we implemented a caching system extracted from our previous work and tweaked every possible server configuration. The website is now a success, with more than 17.000 registered users.

Three months in Paris with a great project

Madame Figaro is the leading fashion magazine in France. I was one of four programmers that launched the new website, developed in three months with Ruby on Rails.

An 18-month redesign of the Ruby website

I'm one of five members of the Ruby Visual Identity Team and one of three administrators of the official Ruby website. I'm also in charge of the Spanish version.

Just in case...
